For your puppy’s first visit, we recommend booking an Introductory Groom. The main goal of this appointment is to gently desensitise your puppy to the grooming process in a calm and positive environment.

During this session, your puppy will be gradually introduced to key elements of grooming, including nail trimming, ear cleaning, brushing, and blow drying. We keep the experience short and stress-free to avoid overwhelming them with too many new sensations at once.

Puppies can attend their first groom once they have had their third vaccination, and at least 14 days have passed since the vaccination.

Our focus is to build your puppy’s confidence and create a positive foundation for a lifetime of enjoyable grooming experiences. 🐾

Choosing the right grooming service depends on your lifestyle, your dog’s coat type, and even the season. Different grooming styles suit different needs, and we are always happy to guide you if you’re unsure.

If you enjoy a more stylish and polished look for your dog, a Styling Groom is a great choice. This service focuses on creating a beautifully shaped and well-finished appearance tailored to your preferences and your dog’s breed. To maintain the style and keep the coat in excellent condition, we recommend booking every 4–5 weeks.

If you have a busy schedule and prefer a low-maintenance option, a Full Groom may be more suitable. This service keeps your dog’s coat shorter, neat, and easier to manage at home. For best results, we recommend booking every 7–8 weeks.

In between full grooming appointments, it’s important not to forget essential maintenance such as nail trimming and anal gland care, which should be done regularly. A Tidy-Up Groom is ideal between major grooms to keep your dog clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Regular grooming not only keeps your dog looking great but also supports their overall health and wellbeing. 🐾

We can provide de-matting services for mild to moderate tangles for an additional fee of $15–$30, depending on the severity and time required.

However, not all matted coats can be safely brushed out. In cases where the matting is severe, the safest and most humane option may be to clip the coat short to fully remove the mats. This allows the skin to breathe again and prevents further discomfort or potential skin issues.

For heavily matted dogs that require a very short clip-down, an additional $20 fee will apply. This is because extra time, care, and precision are required. When matting sits very close to the skin, the grooming process must be done slowly and carefully to avoid irritation or accidental cuts.

Your dog’s comfort and safety are always our top priority. If you are unsure about the condition of your dog’s coat, we are happy to assess it and recommend the best and safest option. 🐾

Some dogs may feel anxious or stressed when surrounded by other dogs or when visiting a new environment. Your dog’s comfort and emotional wellbeing are very important to us.

We offer home grooming services, which allow your dog to be groomed in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. This can be a great option for dogs who experience anxiety in salon settings.

In addition, our salon operates on a one-on-one appointment basis, meaning we groom only one dog at a time. This helps create a calm and focused environment. However, if your dog is particularly sensitive to the presence of other dogs, please let us know in advance so we can schedule your appointment at a quieter time and make any necessary arrangements.

Our goal is to provide a safe, low-stress experience tailored to your dog’s individual needs. 🐾

We understand that delays can happen. We offer a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals.

However, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As we operate on a one-on-one booking system, each dog is allocated a specific time slot to ensure a calm and dedicated grooming experience. Arriving significantly late can impact the next scheduled appointment.

If you know you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you where we can.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

As we operate on a booking-based, one-on-one system, each appointment time is reserved specifically for your dog. Without sufficient notice, it can be very difficult for us to fill that time slot.

Providing advance notice allows us to offer the appointment to another client and helps us keep our schedule running smoothly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
